Chef Tatsu Miyazaki
Mr. Miyazaki is an American Culinary Federation (ACF) Certified Executive Chef with more than 20 years as a restauranteur and executive chef. He has been formally trained at various institutions throughout the world in the culinary arts. He has been a chef instructor at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Las Vegas, and has owned and operated several restaurants throughout the world.
