Meet the Business Owner: Chef Tatsu
Mr. Miyazaki is an American Culinary Federation (ACF) Certified Executive Chef with more than 25 years as a restaurateur and executive chef. He has been a chef instructor at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Las Vegas, and has owned and operated several restaurants throughout the world.
